Important Update Regarding the Use of AI at MASD

We want to take a moment to address an important issue regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools by students. While AI can be a powerful educational resource, it also carries risks if used inappropriately. Specifically, creating or sharing AI-generated photos or videos that misrepresent individuals or events, or that disrupt our school environment, can cause serious harm.

Bon Meade Typing

In Mrs. Verdecchia’s computer class, students are growing an essential skill -- typing!

Important Alert: Fraudulent Donation Requests

It has come to our attention that somebody posing as a representative at School Sponsorship by MobyMax is soliciting donations on behalf of Moon Area School District. Please note that our district is not working with School Sponsorship by MobyMax, therefore any requests from that organization on behalf of Moon Area School District are not legitimate.

While we deeply appreciate the generosity of our community members and local businesses who support our schools, clubs, and athletic teams, etc., this particular vendor is not authorized to solicit donations on behalf of our district. In general, educational vendors will never solicit donations on behalf of the Moon Area School District.
